About Me: FAQ

I called AW Electrics to fix a problem i had with my kitchen spots. Aaron was the guy who called and very quickly diagnosed the problem. Upon fixing the dimmer switch and ensuring all connections were sound he discovered that i had some problems with transformers on a few lights. Although he didn't have any transformers in the van i was happy to replace those two myself. He also advised me where i could buy them a bit cheaper than the usual DIY stores. He also advised me to buy additional transformers as they were prone to go around the same time. I duly bought 3 and replaced the two faulty ones. 6 days later the lights went out again. I texted Aaron about my concerns. He called me immediately and discussed what i could do to resolve the issue. Considering this was 9.30 in the evening and he was only just finished for the day it was somewhat surprising to get his call. He certainly deserves praise for his services and his dedication to customer satisfaction. Highly recommended. A gent.
