Lighting Replacement
Replacing old style 'eyeball fittings' to LED panels throughout house in the Bangor area.
The new fittings are energy efficient, saving ££s. They give more light, there are no bulbs to change EVER, and they give a far cleaner finish on the ceiling compared to the older fittings.
The colour of the light is 'warm white' in this property.
Wireless Switching
Wireless switching for under cupboard lights and kickboard lights...

Sometimes getting switch wires and functional wires from the lighting circuit isn't practical.
It can also be a pain to have to switch on your lighting by a switch above worktops as you would prefer all your lights to be turned on and off at the same place...
Wireless switching is the answer.
Shower Replacement

LED Panel Lights
Old halogen lights in an office block in Holywood Main Street converted to LED panel lights.
Original halogen fittings were falling apart, transformers were burning out, and bulbs were constantly blowing...
Now, the lights throughout offices are energy efficient costing a lot less ££ to run, there is no more bulbs to EVER replace, and they give a far cleaner look. as well as a lot more light than the previous ones.
Electric Report
Consumer unit change, as well as full EICR - Electrical Installation Condition Report done on a property in Ballygowan.
The purpose of an electrical report is to highlight any under lying and potentially dangerous issues with your electrical installation.
It also covers you for insurance purposes, and most important of all to make sure you and your family are safe from electrical related disasters.
Shower Replacement
I recently completed work on a sunroom and did the following.
Outdoor soffit lights, indoor spotlights, UFH underfloor heating system, adding additional sockets and floor sockets, motorized roof window with rain sensors, carbon monoxide detectors, smoke detectors and various other bits around the property.
